Here at Catholic, Etc., we are committed to providing free Catholic resources to enhance the spiritual life of all the faithful. More importantly, though, we are committed to the teachings of Christ, through both Sacred Scripture and the Magisterium of the Holy Catholic Church.

Started in 2012 by "cradle Catholic" Matt Hollingsworth, Catholic, Etc. is meant to fill in the gaps of Catholic media and education. While working as the Technology Coordinator of a Catholic Pre-K through 8 school in Virginia, Matt was struck by the lack of interactive Catholic technologies that were available. While the Catholic web was flooded with news and activism (all VERY good things that we support 100%), there was very little attention paid to reinforcing the Faith through fun, kid-friendly interactive internet activities. Why, Matt thought, are we using secular programs as entertainment in a Catholic school? The answer: because a Catholic alternative doesn't exist.

The seeds for Catholic, Etc. were planted.

Still in its first year, Catholic, Etc. is a rapidly expanding ministry. We have already created an extensive collection of coloring pages, jigsaw puzzles, and crossword puzzles to support and enhance Biblical Catholic teachings. We also have a complete copy of the Holy Bible, including the deutero-canonical books. And our interactive iFocus media modules help enhance the Faith in truly engaging way.

We are engaged in an ongoing effort to provide Catholic music streaming in an on-demand format, free to listen to 24/7.

Our most recent project is our Daily Catholic Page, your one-stop shop for daily Mass readings, the Liturgy of the Hours, saint of the day, devotions, and more.
